New & Improved e-@ccess Online Bill Payment
We have some exciting changes coming to e-@ccess Online Bill Payment that will greatly improve the service and technology provided to customers like you.
On December 10, we will be introducing a new and improved e-@cecss Online Bill Payment with a classic design that's great for busy lifestyles and allows for everything you would expect in a bill pay solution.
- Pay all your bills in one place using only one password
- Get email reminders when a payment is due or to confirm that we've sent it
- Transfer funds to and from non-AWB accounts
- Schedule, change and/or stop single and recurring payments
- Rush payments now available for an additional fee.
- View 18-month payment history beginning with payments made on or after December 15, 2007
- Deadline to schedule or change same-day payments extended to 1:00 p.m. day of the payment.
Here's the best part. This enhancement requires no action on your part! All of your established payees will automatically convert to the new system. Any scheduled payments, automatic transfers, or recurring payments you have established will also automatically convert. There's nothing for you to do but sit back and enjoy the new benefits.
In order to facilitate this upgrade, it will be necessary to make the system unavailable for a short time while we make the transition. The e-@ccess Online Bill Payment will be unavailable for scheduling any new payments from December 7-9, with the new system available beginning December 10.
Bill Pay History for payments scheduled after Dec. 10th will be available online, as customary. Bill Pay transactions prior to this date will be available within your online deposit account history. If you need more information on older Bill Pay transactions, please contact our e-Banking Department at 1-800-772-5479, option 8, or at (509) 363-0283 directly.
We are excited about the enhancements this new technology is bringing and will be sharing additional information with you as the upgrade date becomes closer.
